　　1、現場故障：在對泵出口的壓力進行觀察之后技術人員發現DCS操作系統所顯示的壓力值比平常情況下的壓力值多，而且在DCS操作系統的顯示值進行觀察之后可以發現壓力值比現場的液晶顯示屏超出。

 

　　1.Field failure:After observing the pressure at the outlet of the pump,the technician found that the pressure value displayed by the DCS operating system is more than the pressure value under normal conditions,and the pressure value ratio can be found after observing the display value of the DCS operating system The on-site LCD screen exceeded.

 

　　2、故障解決：當儀表技術人員趕到現場之后發現智能壓力變送器現場表頭的液晶顯示屏的壓力大小與工藝現場的壓力大小一樣，但是在DCS操作系統中壓力大小比平時多出來。通過在現場將正確的電流信號進行輸出之后，而且對DCS操作系統的壓力值進行測試，發現顯示是正確的，這時就可以確定故障是發生在儀器儀表上面了。將智能壓力變送器進行更換，然后進行重新檢查，發現在DCS操作系統里面壓力的顯示值變正確。

 

　　2.Troubleshooting:When the instrument technicians rushed to the scene,they found that the pressure of the liquid crystal display on the field meter of the smart pressure transmitter was the same as the pressure of the process site,but the pressure in the DCS operating system was more than usual.After outputting the correct current signal on site,and testing the pressure value of the DCS operating system,it is found that the display is correct.At this time,it can be determined that the fault has occurred on the instrument.Replace the smart pressure transmitter,and then re-check it,and found that the pressure display value in the DCS operating system is correct.
